DMS Soft Launch at NetX #2: Sumpah Pemula

Radya Digital had the opportunity to be one of the speakers at the NetX #2: Sumpah Pemula event. Also at this event, Radya Digital introduced one of its newest applications, namely the Distributor Management System (DMS).

NetX is an event organized by 1000 Startup Digital, Startup Bandung, and Alkademi. This event aims to create an ecosystem for all technology activists (lecturers, students, employees, and entrepreneurs) to come together and provide opportunities.


Introducing Products and Providing Opportunities

NetX Event #2: Sumpah Pemula is divided into two sessions, namely: a presentation session by the speakers and a question and answer session between the speakers and the participants present. At the presentation session, present as speakers included: Pian Firmansyah (Program Manager Radya Digital), Azhar M. Fuad (CEO Intelligent Planning System), and Dyan R. Helmi (Initiator of the Bandung Startup Community, Founder/CEO Alkademi).

In this session, each speaker introduced the company, products and the company's journey to date. Apart from that, the speakers also had the opportunity to inform about their products and provide business opportunities for the participants present.


DMS as a Distribution Process Management Solution

Pian Firmansyah as a representative from Radya Digital presented the newest product from Radya Digital, namely DMS. Pian explained that the common problem faced by distributors is managing branches, sales, warehouses, and a very large number of customers. DMS provides answers to how technology simplifies the distribution process through actionable data and information, as material for decision making, strategy, and reducing losses in company operations.



Soft Launching of DMS Application


Problems such as complex data, complex reports, unclear salesman performance, possible data manipulation, and unrecorded historical data can be resolved quickly by the DMS application. Here are some of the jobs that DMS can complete:

  • Fast process for loading data
  • Centralized database for many branches
  • Good Inventory and transaction management
  • Interactive dashboards and reports
  • Anti-fraud
  • Real time data

Pian also explained several features found in DMS, including: Dashboard & Report, Inventory, Sales & Distribution, Cashier & Finance, SFA Integration, and Settings & Config. Apart from that, information regarding prices and affiliate programs is also provided for participants who are interested in reselling this DMS product with quite attractive commissions.


Question and answer session

After all the speakers gave their presentations, the NetX #2: Sumpah Pemula event continued with a question and answer session between the participants and all the speakers. In this session, several participants were quite enthusiastic in asking several questions about startups.

After questions and answers that lasted about half an hour, the event closed at 19.30. Activities were held starting at 16.30 at Kantinnasion The Panasdalam, Jl. Dr. Setiabudi No. 24A, Bandung officially closed with a group photo session between the speaker and all the participants present.
